We are coming to the end of our 2nd full week here. It's funny because I find myself forgetting the date, or even which day it is. We've been cleaning, painting and Brent's helped John bleach and seal the roof. It's coming along really nicely. Brent was saying the other day that it's going to be hard to leave because by the time we go, we will have been here a month...it's begun to feel a little like home.
John and Brent went today to get the truck that the Niesens are buying with Agape Flights for their ministry. It's going to be GREAT! John and Sarah work with Agape. They help distribute mail and packages for missionaries in The Dominican Republic as well as many other things. As I write this, Brent and John are on their way to the airport to meet the plane coming in with mail.
Yesterday I started painting one of the columns in the dining room. It's coming along. I'm about to go finish it and start on some others. :)
I would put pictures up...but my memory card seems to not work...hmmmm...that's not good. :(

The Dominican Republic!
Hellooo World!!
We are currently in The Dominican Republic helping out missionaries, John and Sarah Niesen, transition as field directors(missionaries) in Santo Domingo working with Agape Flights. Our time has been great. It's very HOT here. We have been cleaning the house where the Niesen's are moving into.
Here are some pics of our trip.
It was really HOT...Becky got a "Gourmet Ice" (kinda like a slushy) as it's called from an outside vendor. Here she is on a bridge overlooking....traffic.
After good 'ole Burger King!!
Brent is asking her, "You missed a spot!!!" Becky replies, "Right here???"
Becky hard at it...
Brent with John Niesen (middle) and Greg Burge (Right), missionaries to the DR
And that's it for now!! Next time we'll have more pics of Brent and more to talk about. It's late...so goodnight!
